John V. Morin, 61, of Nokomis, Fla., and formerly of Haverhill, passed away at Venice Regional Hospital Sept. 16.
Born in Methuen, he was the son of the late John J.A. and Evelyn (Malone) Morin. He was raised and educated in Haverhill, graduating from Haverhill High School. Morin was employed as a CAD designer in the construction industry. He lived in Florida for many years and is remembered for his piano playing.
Morin is survived by his siblings, David Morin, Maynard Morin, Margaret Abells and her husband Don, Daniel Morin, Michael Morin and Tina McComis and her husband Geoph; several nieces and nephews; good friend, Don “Pop;” and his close neighbors in Florida.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours Friday, Sept. 29, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services follow in the funeral home at 7 p.m. Burial is Saturday, Sept. 30 at 10 a.m., in St. James Cemetery, Primrose Street, Haverhill.
