City Residents, Businesses Prep for Andover Day 2017 on Sept. 9

Local artists, crafters, dancers and musicians are prepping for a day of family fun as part of Andover Day 2017 on Saturday, Sept. 9, the city’s Business Community Association has announced.

Held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event will take place on Main Street, with entertainment located in Elm Square and the Andover Village Square area, carnival rides in the parking lot next to Andover Village Square and the Andover Historical Society’s Farmer’s Market open on South Main Street. All retail locations downtown will be open for business during the Andover Day festivities.

Opening ceremonies will take place at 10:30 a.m. on the Main Stage, with music groups including the Real School of Music, Analog Heart and Perfect Crime scheduled to perform throughout the day.
