Massachusetts House of Representatives. George Bonner has become the third candidate to take out nomination papers for Haverhill’s Third Essex state representative seat. Bonner, 22, enters the race against School Committeeman Paul A. Magliocchetti and Haverhill City Councilor Andy Vargas on th
