Alleged Fentanyl Dealers Return to Court July 27

Two men accused of selling fentanyl in Bradford last month return to court near the end of the month.

Bail for Jason Bower, 28, of Chesterfield, N.H., and Corey Carpenter, 29, of Winchester, was set at $10,000 each during their arraignments at Haverhill District Court. They are scheduled to return to court for a probable cause hearing Thursday, July 27, according to Carrie Kimball-Monahan, spokesperson for Essex County District Attorney Jonathan W. Blodgett.

As previously reported by WHAV, the pair were arrested by Haverhill Police Tuesday, June 27, late at night on South Main Street, Haverhill. Each was charged with fentanyl trafficking, possession of drugs, possession of drugs with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Bower was also charged with unlicensed driving. Carpenter was further charged with a miscellaneous equipment violation.
