Kathleen R. (Bona) Bonnain, 67, of Haverhill, passed away June 26, at High Point Hospice in Haverhill surrounded by her family.
Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late James J. and Rita M. (Walters) Bona. Raised and educated in Lynn, she was a graduate of Lynn High School. Bonnain was an artist who enjoyed interior decorating and gardening. She also loved to cook for family and friends. She was a member of the Amvets Ladies Auxiliary Post 147.
Bonnain is survived by her daughters, Charlene M. Beebe and her husband Norman of Roanoke, Texas; Christine A. Walters and her husband Kevin of Jacksonville, N.C.; brother, Stephen W. Bona and his wife Barbara of Franklin, N.H.; three sisters, Anne Marie Clarizia of Beverly, Geraldine Stafford and her husband Paul of Lynn and Patricia Bona of Manchester, N.H.; four grandchildren, Justin Clark, Caitlyn Walters, Haley Clark and Ryan Walters; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours Saturday, July 1, from 10 to 11 a.m., at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services follow at 11 at the funeral home.
