Music and children’s activities, including games and crafts, are available as Tilton School celebrates “Tigermania” Saturday afternoon.

Free face painting, cake walk, Zumba, karate demonstrations, games, bubbles, crafts and a selfie station are among the happenings during the school event. There will also be presentations by the Haverhill Police and Fire Departments, which will set up a “smoke house” to show children what to do in the event of a fire, said Principal Bonnie Antkowiak. There will also be a raffle with 60 items to help raise money for the school.

The neighborhood group Urban Kindness is partnering with the school. It is open to the public.

Tigermania takes place Saturday, May 20, between noon and 3 p.m., at Tilton School, 70 Grove St., Haverhill. A video of last year’s event appears here.
