Haverhill’s Qwik Mart convenience store has again sold a winning state lottery ticket, valued at $1 million.

The winner, known only as Donbern Nominee Trust of Quincy to protect the identity of lottery ticket owner, was announced by Massachusetts State Lottery officials last week. The trust, represented by attorney David Spillane, chose to receive its prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 after taxes. One $10 million prize and eight $1 million prizes remain in the “$10,000,000 Multiplier Spectacular” $20 instant game.

Owners of Qwik Mart, 764 Main St., Haverhill, receive $10,000 from the state for sale of the winning ticket.
