Hum Pham, Worked at Cambridge Tools

Hum_Minh_PhamHum Pham, resident of Haverhill passed away peacefully at Holy Family Hospital on Saturday, May 6 2017. He was born in Long An, Viet Nam. He served as a captain under Viet Nam Republic Military until 1975 before coming to the USA in 1995.

Pham enjoyed electronics in all forms. He loved fixing things, and being creative. He came to the U.S. in 1995, making a living for his family working at Cambridge Tools, Billerica, before retiring in 2010. He loved being around family and friends, playing cards, and having laughs. He also loved spending time with his five grandchildren.

He survived by his wife of 49 years, Thu Nguyen; sons, Thuy (Khuong) and wife Anh-Thi of Haverhill, Thu and wife Tran of Haverhill; daughter, Giao and husband Hoang Bui of Riverside, Calif.; brothers, Quoc and wife Duong of Santa Ana, Calif., Cuu and wife Chau Nguyen of Haverhill, Tuyet and husband Dong Vu of Methuen; sister, Anh Pham of Methuen; grandchildren, Edward Bui, Khang, Trinh, My An and Truc; and several nieces and nephews.

The family extends its thanks to Holy Family Hospital specially CCU staffs for their loving and professional care.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the calling hours Friday, May 12, from 5 to 9 p.m., at H.L. Farmer and Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St. (route 125) Bradford. Services continue  Saturday, May 13, beginning at 9 a.m., at the funeral home, followed by a procession to his home then Linwood Crematory, Haverhill. The family prefer not to have flowers or gifts. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution under his name may be made to Holy Family Hospital 70 East St. Methuen MA 01844 and Lam Ty Ni Temple, 79 Margin St. Lawrence, MA 01841.
