John N. LeBlanc, 83, Contractor and Painter

John N. LeBlanc, 83, passed away Monday, May 1, at Holy Family Hospital, Haverhill.

He was born in Lynn, Oct. 16, 1933, son of the late Joseph and Helen (Nagle) LeBlanc. He was a graduate of Haverhill High School and worked as a self employed contractor and painter. He enjoyed the outdoors, most especially fishing and York Beach.

He is survived by his six children, John LeBlanc and wife Marcy, Diane DiVincenzo and husband Thomas, James LeBlanc, Deborah Gobeil and husband Christian, Jay LeBlanc and wife Michele, Jerry LeBlanc and companion Polly; eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Justin, Ryan, Shauna, Jay, Hillary and Angelica; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and best friend Joey LeBlanc. He was predeceased by his son Jeffrey, brother Joseph and Ruth Carney LeBlanc.

Services are private and in the care of Grondin-Carnevale Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill.
