Frederick G. Venturo Jr., 55, Former Timberlane Custodian

Frederick_VenturoFrederick G. Venturo Jr., 55, of Haverhill, died suddenly Monday evening, May 1, at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston.

He was born in Haverhill, July 29, 1961, son of Maryann (Walsh) White of Merrimac and the late Frederick G. Venturo. Educated in the Haverhill school system, Venturo graduated from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School, class of 1979. He served in the United States Army three years as a medical specialist. For more than 12 years, he was employed as a custodian for the Timberlane School District and, more recently, was employed at Ipswich Bay Glass, Rowley, for three years. Venturo enjoyed fishing, bird watching and gardening.

His survivors include his wife of 34 years, Donna (Huntress) Venturo of Haverhill; three daughters, Heather Venturo of Salem, N.H., Sara Webb and her husband Alfonso of Winter Springs, Fla., Amber Venturo of Haverhill; sister; Paula Thompson of Pe;nnsylvania and two grandchildren, Neviah Roman and Nicholas Webb.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Wednesday, May 10, from 4 to 5 p.m., at H.L. Farmer and Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 210 S. Main St., Bradford, followed by a funeral service at 5:15, at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
