Joann Ruth (Walters) Seymour, 86, of Haverhill, passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 21, at Holy Family Hospital, Haverhill, after being stricken ill at home. Born in Portsmouth, N.H., she was the daughter of the late James and Ruth (Callahan) Walters. Raised and educated in Haverhill, she was
