Andover Police Seek Help Finding Armed Robber

Andover Police are searching for a man involved in an armed robbery at a gas station early Monday morning.

At 1:27 a.m., Andover Police received a report of an armed robbery at the Mobil gas station, 14 North Main St., said Police Chief Patrick Keefe.

An overnight clerk told officers a white man, approximately five feet seven inches tall, who looked to be in his late 20s, entered the store holding a handgun and demanding money. The man then fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash and entered a dark colored sedan. At the time of the robbery, he was described as wearing dark clothing and a scarf that covered his face.

This incident is being investigated by the Andover Police Department’s Detective Division. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Andover Police Department at 978-475-0411.
