Patricia A. Tufts, 61, of Salem, N.H., and formerly of Haverhill, passed away peacefully at home March 22 with her family by her side.
Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of Theresa M. (LeBlanc) Tufts and the late William H. Tufts. Raised in Haverhill, she attended Haverhill public schools and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, class of 1974. Tufts worked for the Circle K Company as a manager for the Bedford, N.H., store. She rose thru the ranks of the company and her store was awarded many times over for her dedication. Tufts loved to travel and enjoyed traveling with her family. She gathered with nieces and nephews every Tuesday, known in the family as “Auntie Patti Tuesdays.”
She is survived by her mother, Theresa Tufts, of Salem, N.H.; three brothers, Robert Tufts and his wife, Sally, of Chester, N.H., Thomas Tufts and his wife, Doreen, of Danville, N.H., and Peter Tufts and his wife, Diane, of Newbury; sister, Paula Castricone, of Keene, N.H.; 11nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are private. Arrangements are by Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St. Haverhill.
