If you are adult living with diabetes and Medicare is your primary insurance, you are eligible to receive a free pair of diabetic shoes and inserts, according to the Haverhill Council on Aging.
Pro Medical East is making fitting appointments Monday, April 27, 9 a.m., at the Citizens Center, 10 Welcome St. Those interested must bring Medicare information; supplemental insurance information, if any; physician’s name and telephone number; and a completed form.
