Paul L. Bouchard Jr., 94, of Felton, Del., and a native of Haverhill, died March 4, at Kent General Hospital, Dover, Del. Born, raised and educated in Haverhill, son of the late William L. and Rena M (Cartier) Bouchard, he attended local schools and graduated from Haverhill High School in 1941.
