Mass. State Police Identify Plaistow Driver Who Died in I-93 Crash

Massachusetts State Police late Sunday afternoon identified the 34-year-old Plaistow, N.H., man who died in an Interstate 93 traffic accident Saturday as Jason P. Marinaccio.

Marinaccio was pronounced dead at the scene of the a three-vehicle crash on I- 93 northbound in Andover Saturday night. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Massachusetts State Police said the driver crashed before Exit 42 sometime after 11 p.m. Drivers of two other vehicles were not injured, but the vehicles received minor damage.

Police, dispatched from the Andover barracks, were alerted to the crash by numerous 911 calls.

Troopers from the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and Crime Scene Services Section responded to assist with the investigation. Andover Fire Department and Massachusetts Department of Transportation assisted at the scene.
