Michael G. “Mickey” Brown, 55, Worked at Brailey and Walker

Michael_BrownMichael G. “Mickey” Brown, 55, of Plaistow, N.H., husband of Dawn M. (Peters) Brown, passed away Feb. 18, at Merrimack Valley Hospice House, Haverhill, surrounded by his family.

Born in Newburyport, he was the son Lillian (Rogers) Brown of Chelsea and the late Robert E. Brown. Raised in Seabrook, N.H., and educated in Haverhill, he was a graduate of Whittier Vocational Tech School, class of 1979. He was employed at Brailey and Walker Machine Corporation, Haverhill. Brown was an outdoorsman, enjoying boating, fishing and going to the gun range. He loved motorcycles, especially riding his Harley Davison. He loved all types of animals and shared that with his family.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughter, Victoria Sharvin and her husband Richard of West Hempstead, N.Y.; brothers, Bruce Brown and his wife Mildred of Newburyport, Steven Brown and his wife Annie of Merrimac, and William Brown of Seabrook, N.H.; grandchildren, Autumn Phillips, Anthony Clasby, Hannah Sharvin and Sydney Sharvin; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son James T. Doucette III and his brother Robert Brown Jr.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours Saturday, Feb. 25, from 10 to 11 a.m., at  Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services follow at 11 a.m., in the funeral home.
