Police Arrest 25-Year-Old for Third Time in Three Months

A Fifth Avenue man returns to court for the third time in about three months after his latest arrest Saturday night.

Victor Camacho, 25, of 10 Fifth Ave., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at about 7:15, Saturday night, and charged with disorderly conduct at his home.

He was arrested on the same charge last November at 35 Washington St.

He was most recently arrested last month and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon and using a disguise. Camacho allegedly hit someone with a broom handle and threatened the person with a knife, Lt. Robert P. Pistone, police spokesman, said at the time. The charge of using a disguise came when Camacho gave police a false name.

In other police news:

Gardner Fowler, 51, of Rowley, faces a charge of assault and battery on a person over 60 years old or disabled.

Fowler was arrested just after midnight, Saturday, at 83 South Webster St.

Jody Richardson, 53, of 42 South Lincoln St., was charged with assault and battery following her arrest 3:13 a.m., Saturday, at home. A half hour later, Robert Wright, 31, of the same address, was charged there with disturbing the peace.
