Mary Theresa (Angelotti) Coolidge, 92, Worked at Western Electric

Mary Theresa (Angelotti) Coolidge, 92, of Haverhill, died just 17 days short of her 93rd birthday, at the home of her son in Exeter, N.H., surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Carl Coolidge.

Born in Haverhill Feb. 18, 1924, she was on of nine children of the late Pasquale and Rosina (Scatamacchi) Angelotti and graduated from Haverhill High School with a perfect attendance record. She worked as an assembler at Western Electric, retiring in 1989, and had been a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was also a longtime, faithful communicant of St. John the Baptist Church of Haverhill. She enjoyed bowling, playing Bingo, trips to Foxwoods and dancing, especially fond of the Fox Trot, with her family and friends.

She leaves behind her two children, Leonard Willis and his longtime companion, Kellie Johansen of Exeter, N.H., and Cindy Dunphy and husband Larry of Cabot, Ark.;  grandchildren, Todd Taylor, Matthew Taylor and Jackson Willis; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Maurice and Silvio Angelotti, and her sisters, Emma Tringali, Gina Bordieri, Ersilia McAleer, Lucy Standifer and Theresa Yannalfo.

A period of visitation takes place at the Monument Square Chapel of Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 334 Main St., Haverhill, Monday, Feb. 6, from 10 a.m. to noon, immediately followed by funeral services and burial at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Haverhill.
