Virginia "Ginny" Howell, 85, of Haverhill, passed away Jan. 24, at Lawrence General Hospital. Howell was born Dec. 31,1931 to William and Florence Sweezey. She was raised in Malden and graduated from Malden High School. She later moved to Saugus where she and her husband Thomas raised three child
