Haverhill Couple Face Cocaine, Firearms Charges

Two Haverhill residents face cocaine trafficking and firearms charges after arrests Thursday night by Haverhill police detectives.

Luis Rosa-Rodriguez, 44 and Michelle Fuller, 38, both of 40 Brookdale Lane, Haverhill, were arrested at home between 8:58 and 9:44 p.m. Each was charged with trafficking in cocaine, drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of a loaded firearm, unlicensed possession of ammunition and unlawful large capacity possession.

They are scheduled to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

Escharlin Pascual, 25, of 7 Observatory Ave., Haverhill, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. at 150 Lafayette Square on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
