Two men face drug-related charges after their arrests by Haverhill police Thursday afternoon near the Plaistow, N.H. state line.
Ariel Pimental Baez, 28, of Lawrence was arrested at 2:39 p.m. on Cushing Avenue and charged with distribution of a class B drug, drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and driving without a license.
James Lennon, 46, of Raymond, N.H., was arrested at 3:15 p.m. at 74 Plaistow Road. He was charged with possession of a class B drug, being present where heroin is kept and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
They are scheduled to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Regardless of where you put it, you are going to have some type of issue. It is a necessary facility.
