Opening of Haverhill public schools and Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School is delayed two hours this morning because of “snow and icy conditions.”
School Superintendent James F. Scully made the call early this morning, saying “it will be in everyone’s best interest.” Whittier officials also called for a two-hour delay.
