Police Make 2 Arrests Over Weekend Related to Motor Vehicle Thefts

Two Haverhill residents face theft-related charges after investigations by Haverhill police  over the weekend.

Andrew Jackson, 38, of 24 Salem St., was arrested Friday at 12:21 p.m., at 65 S. Pleasant St. He was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a burglarious tool and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Teanisa Dunbar, 35, of 150 How St., was arrested Saturday at 11:29 a.m. at 200 Main St. She was charged with breaking and entering larceny from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.

In other police news:

Frank Ricci, 46, of 84 Casblanca Court, Haverhill, was arrested Friday at 7:11 p.m. on Carleton Street and charged with driving with a revoked license.

Jason Balser, 28, of Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 5:47 p.m. at 140 Lincoln Ave. and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He had an outstanding warrant related to larceny over $250 and improper use of a credit card.

Charles Thibault, 48, of 90 Foggs Lane, Seabrook, N.H., related to assault and destruction of property, 2 Water St., 3:09 p.m.

Friday

Aliki York, 25, of 134 High St., Haverhill, related to leaving the scene of property damage, 221 Essex St., 1:51 a.m.

Nicholas Deveau, 19, of 73 Middle St., Newburyport, related to defacing property, 253 Brandy Brow Road, 6:11 a.m.
