Thanksgiving Traffic Stop Leads to Drunken-Driving Charges

A Somerset man faces drunken driving charges in Haverhill District Court following his arrest by Haverhill police Thursday night.

Randy Oquendo, 49, of Somerset, was taken into custody Thursday at 9:15 p.m. on Main Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, driving with a revoked license, negligent operation and a marked lanes violation.

A Hampstead, N.H. man was scheduled to appear in court after his arrest Wednesday morning on unlicensed driving and other motor vehicle charges.

Joshua Donovan, 28was arrested Wednesday, at 11:43 a.m., on Interstate 495 North. He was charged with driving with a revoked license, operation without an inspection sticker and disguise to obstruct justice. He had outstanding warrants related to driving with a suspended license and operation without an inspection sticker.

Victor Camacho, 25, of 48 North St., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 11:02 p.m. at 35 Washington St. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Patricia Herrington, 67, of Cambridge, was arrested Wednesday at 5:51 p.m. at 11 Porter St. and charged with assault and battery.

Kelsey Donovan, 24, of Lowell, was arrested Wednesday at 5:03 a.m. at 99 Bennington St. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
