Two people charged by Haverhill police in a drug-related investigation late Tuesday night are scheduled to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Steven Stefanelli, 43, of Manchester, N.H., and Ashley Lavoie, 29, of 39 S. Webster St., Haverhill, were arrested between 10:57 and 11:22 p.m., Tuesday, at 113 Laurel Ave. Stefanelli was charged with possession of classes A and B drugs. He also had outstanding warrants related to larceny over $250, receiving stolen property, forgery of a check, identity fraud and uttering a false check. Lavoie was charged as a fugitive from justice, with outstanding warrants related to driving under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence of liquor and reckless operation.

Stella Cleghorn, 34, of 14 Laurier St., Haverhill, was arrested at 10:27 p.m., Tuesday, at 230 Monument St. and charged with driving under the influence of liquor, negligent operation, driving with a revoked license and failure to identify.
