Two Face Vandalism Charges in Separate Haverhill Incidents

Two men face vandalism charges in Haverhill District Court after arrests in separate investigations by Haverhill police Monday.

Luis Pabon, 42, of Amesbury, was arrested at 9:19 p.m., Monday, at 8 Eighth Ave. and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle. He also had an outstanding warrant related to assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Earlier, Anthony Vannella, 33, of 176 Summer St., Haverhill, was arrested at 1:55 a.m., Monday, at 170 Washington St. He was charged with destruction of property and witness intimidation.

Warrant arrests:

Peter Beebie, 24, last known address 31 South Porter St., Haverhill, related to abuse prevention order violation, disorderly conduct and destruction of property, 68 Lafayette Square, 5:53 p.m.

Michael Lowe, 29, 27 Carriage Drive, Bangor, related to larceny over $250, larceny by check, uttering a false check, 312 River St., 7:24 p.m.
