Maureen C. Johnson, 56

maureen_johnsonMaureen C. Johnson, 56, of Haverhill, died Friday morning, Nov. 11, at Lahey Clinic, Burlington, after a long battle with liver disease.

She was daughter of Robert C. Blades of Groveland and the late Claire (Lenihan) Blades. Her family moved to Groveland when she was young and she was educated in the Pentucket school system. She enjoyed quilting and sewing with friends, taking road trips up and down the East Coast to visit lighthouses and spending time with her family, friends and cats.

She leaves her husband of 34 years, Mark; son. Shawn Johnson of Haverhill; daughter, Megan Perry and her husband Michael of Japan; and a sister,brother and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours Wednesday, from 4 to 7 p.m., at H.L. Farmer and Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a funeral service at 7:15, at the Funeral Home.
