Haverhill Police Reports for Tuesday, Nov. 8

Haverhill police arrested three local motorists Monday, separately charged with unlicensed driving, among other motor vehicle offenses.

Kyle Junkins, 19, 13 Varnum St., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 2:34 p.m., on Essex Street, on a single charge of unlicensed driving.

Barbara Lugya, 53, 1005 Main St., Haverhill, was arrested 8:05 p.m. on Fifteenth Avenue. In addition to unlicensed driving, she was charged with operating without an inspection sticker and a vehicle lights violation.

Alexander Vega, 22, 8 Gilbert Ave., Haverhill, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. at 5 West Marlon St. He was charged with unlicensed driving, operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle and number plate violations.

All three are scheduled to appear in Haverhill District Court.

In other police news:

Ryan Arsenault, 33, of Somersworth, N.H., was arrested Monday at 10:13 a.m., at 167 Broadway, on a warrant related to unarmed burglary and being a fugitive from justice.

Tad Lucchesi, 42, 11A Charles St., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 10:10 a.m., at 91 High St., on a warrant related to felony breaking and entering in the nighttime and larceny over $250.

Derek Scatamacchia, 42, 475 Washington St., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 11:44 a.m., at 215 Winter St., on a warrant related to larceny by check.
