Donald D. Daignault, 57, a native and lifelong resident of Haverhill, died Oct. 28, at The Oxford, Haverhill.
Son of the late Henry and Pearl (Belanger) Daignault, he attended Haverhill Public Schools and graduated from Haverhill High School with the class of 1978. He was employed at the former Brentwood Lounge Furniture Company and the Sunnyboy Ice Cream Co. He was a member of the Haverhill Club House and enjoyed studying and talking about astronomy.
He leaves two brothers and a sister-in-law, F. John and Charlotte Belanger and Robert Daignault; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Donna Dusombre, Linda and Joe Jennings and Susan Marshall, all of Haverhill; aunt and uncle, Rita and Denis Gobeil; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by three brothers, Joseph Belanger, Henry R. Daignault and Richard Daignault and sister, June (Daignault) Eaton.
Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday, Nov. 5, from noon to 2 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill. His funeral service follows at 2:15 p.m. at the funeral home. A private family burial service will take place at a later date.
