‘GLO-tober’ Tonight at Buttonwoods Museum

An early Halloween party for all ages, “GLO-tober,” takes place tonight, Oct. 27, 5 to 8 p.m., at Buttonwoods Museum, 240 Water St., Haverhill.

A new jack-o-lantern competition, judged by a professional carver, highlights the event with pumpkin bowling, mask decorating and other activities, according to the museum. The carved pumpkin contest winner will receive a complimentary family-level membership to the museum.

Admission is $5 per person, or $20 per family. Fall food will also be available.
