Police Charge Two from Haverhill in Stolen Vehicle Investigations

Two Haverhill residents were arrested by Haverhill police Tuesday on stolen vehicle charges.

Luis Torres, 19, of 49 Moore St., was arrested Tuesday at 3:50 p.m., at 40 Green St., and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle. At 6:52 p.m., Stephanie Hernandez, 32, of 103 Bellevue Ave., was arrested at 259 Main St. She was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle. The investigations leading to the charges were unrelated, police said.

A Haverhill man was scheduled to be arraigned on assault charges in Haverhill District Court. Shane Mambro, 47, of 463 S. Main St., was arrested Tuesday at 9:01 a.m., at police headquarters, 40 Bailey Blvd. He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Justin Chute, 20, of 84 Harrison St., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 8:20 p.m., at 2 Railroad Square, charged with five counts of destruction of property.

Jacqueline Rosado, 38, of 193 River St., Haverhill, was arrested at 11:20 a.m., Tuesday, charged with possession of a Class A drug. She also had an outstanding warrant related to possession of classes B and E drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Daniel Anderson, 38, of 17 Beacon St., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 1:29 a.m., at home, charged with witness intimidation and resisting arrest.

Crissey Smith, 38, of 35 Ayer St., Haverhill, was arrested at 12:48 a.m., Tuesday, at 28 Nichols St., charged with disorderly conduct.
