Police Arrest Woman on Drug, Driving License Charges

A Haverhill woman is due appear in Haverhill District Court following her arrest by Haverhill Police Monday night on drug and motor vehicle charges.

Kimberly Foley, 37, 42 Newcomb St., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 6:09 p.m., on Auburn Street. She was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and one count of driving with a suspended license.

In other police news:

Terrance Jean-Jacques, 24, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested at 2:45 p.m., Monday, at Haverhill police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard, on a warrant related to kidnapping, destruction of property, witness intimidation and threat to commit a crime.

Randy Rios, 41, 2.5 Fifteenth Ave., Haverhill, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on Interstate 495 southbound and charged with driving with a suspended license.

Jamison Kelly, 35, of Malden, was arrested Monday at 10:34 a.m., on Arlington Street and charged with assault and battery.
