Three Haverhill residents were arrested over the weekend in connection with two shoplifting investigations at or near Westgate shopping plaza.
Jennifer Ratcliffe, 31, 33 Leroy Ave., was arrested Saturday at 8:44 p.m., at the plaza, 400 Lowell Ave., on one count of shoplifting.
Michelle Bush, 32, and Kevin Lynch, 34, both of 17 Grove St., Haverhill, were arrested Friday, at about 1:30 a.m., at 425 Lowell Ave. Each was charged one count of shoplifting. Bush was additionally charged with possession of a class E drug and drug possession with intent to distribute.
Three motorists are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on drunk driving charges after separate arrests by Haverhill police over the weekend.
Kaitlin Quigley, 28, of Salem, N.H., was arrested Sunday, 4:37 a.m., at 109 River St. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and negligent operation.
Paul Ryan, 63, 7 Rosemont St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday, 7:48 p.m., at 74 Plaistow Road and charged with driving under the influence of liquor.
Amanda Rooney, 32, 37 Greenville St., Haverhill, was arrested Friday, 11:48 p.m., on Hanscom Avenue. She was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, negligent operation and texting while driving.
