A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on drunken driving and other charges after his arrest by Haverhill police late Thursday night.
Julio Equite, 41, of 40 Locke St., Haverhill, was arrested Thursday at 11:03 p.m., at home. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, driving without a license and a vehicle lights violation.
