Suzanne J. (Busfield) Morgan, 76, of Amesbury and formerly of Haverhill, died Saturday night, Oct. 1, at Anna Jaques Hospital, Newburyport.
She was born in Haverhill, Nov. 10, 1939, daughter of the late Walter F. and Claire (Crowe) Busfield. Educated in the Haverhill school system, Morgan graduated from Haverhill High School and earned her associates degree from Endicott College. For more than 30 years she was employed as an administrative assistant. She enjoyed her grandchildren, sewing, knitting, drawing and spending time at Cranes Beach.
Her survivors include her husband of 27 years, John D. Morgan of Amesbury; daughter, Martha Hills of West Newbury; son, Richard Bramley of Mansfield; three step children, Amy Maciejko of Norton, Greg Morgan of Stoughton and Jennifer Morgan of Waltham; two brothers, David Busfield of Florence, Miss., Scott Busfield of Columbia, N.H., eight grandchildren; and a great grandson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours Friday afternoon, Oct. 7, from 3 to 5, at H.L. Farmer and Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a funeral service at 5:15 at the funeral home. Burial is private and at the convenience of the family.
