Police Charge Homeless Man with Breaking and Entering

A man, listed as homeless and sought by Haverhill police on an outstanding warrant, was arrested Wednesday on breaking and entering charges.

Keith Comeau, 36, last known address 27 Vine St., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 1:53 p.m. at 27 Vine St. He was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and trespassing. He also had an outstanding warrant related to four counts of threat to commit a crime, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, one count of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

He is due to appear in Haverhill District Court.

Racheal Ferguson, 28, address not listed, was arrested Wednesday at 1:51 a.m. at 13 Varnum St. and charged with destruction of property. She also had an outstanding warrant related to two counts of shoplifting, one count of possession of a class E drug, assault and battery and using a motor vehicle without authority.

Norman Velazquez, 26, of 42 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday, 8:13 a.m., at home. He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
