Tim Jordan will be presented with a Community Hero Award by Emmaus during the organization’s 14th Annual Paving the Road Home breakfast next Wednesday.
Jordan, owner of Jordan Financial and Insurance Services and active in Team Haverhill, Haverhill Rotary and the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce, receives the award Sept 21, 2016, during the breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m. at DiBurro’s Function Facility in Haverhill. Friends and supporters of Emmaus are invited to attend the free fundraising breakfast and learn how Emmaus makes a difference in the community.
Guests will also hear more about Emmaus programs, accomplishments over the last year and vision for the future from Executive Director, Jeanine Murphy. Guests will also have the opportunity to join the organization’s “Road Home Giving Society,” a group of more than 40 individuals and businesses who have made unrestricted gifts of $5,000 or more over five (or fewer) years.
During the last 13 years, guests at this breakfast have contributed more than $650,000 in tax-deductible gifts.
