A Haverhill man was scheduled to appear in Haverhill District Court following his arrest by Haverhill police Monday morning.
Stephen Chadwick, 63, of 78 Lafayette Square, Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 10:14 a.m. on Stevens Street and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Police said Chadwick is wanted by officials in Haverhill, Lawrence and Rockingham County, N.H. The New Hampshire warrant relates to receipt of stolen property.
