Haverhill Police Make Drug Trafficking Arrests in School Zone

Three Haverhill residents face drug dealing charges in Haverhill District Court following their arrests by Haverhill police Thursday evening.

Wilfredo Rivera-Acosta, 31; Rosely Feliz-German, 33; and Santo Araujo-Lara, 40, all of 40 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill, were arrested Thursday, between 6:03 and 8:43 p.m., at 7 Stover Lane.

Rivera-Acosta and Feliz-German were each charged with trafficking heroin or morphine or opium and drug violation near a school zone. Rivera-Acosta was additionally charged with two counts of distribution of a class A drug, three counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, two counts of conspiracy to violate drug laws and disguise to obstruct justice. He also had an outstanding warrant related to distribution of a class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Feliz-German was additionally charged with one count of distribution of a class A drug, drug possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Araujo-Lara was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant related to distribution of a class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
