Haverhill Police Charge 23-Year-Old in Bradford Car Break

A Haverhill man, arrested by Haverhill police Sunday night on motor vehicle burglary charges in a Bradford neighborhood, due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

Brandon Carroll, 23, of 127 How St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 11:26 p.m. at 44 South Park St. He was charged with breaking and entering larceny from a motor vehicle, malicious damage and disorderly conduct.

Further details were unavailable before deadline. However, his arrest comes as Haverhill police crackdown on reported “car fishing” thefts. Last month, police reported thefts from unlocked or locked vehicles parked in the area between Fernwood and Kingsbury Avenues.

Timothy Cassidy, 30, of 40 Alton Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Friday, 9:08 p.m., on Baltimore Street, and charged with driving under the influence of liquor (third offense) and speeding.

Rosemarie Ferrandi, 54, of Salisbury, was arrested Saturday, 9:26 p.m., on Fifth Avenue, Haverhill. She was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and obstructing a police investigation.
