Jacquelyn J. (Terroux) Phaneuf, 83, Worked at Western Electric

Jacquelyn_PhaneufJacquelyn J. (Terroux) Phaneuf, 83, wife of Alfred E. Phaneuf, passed away Aug. 19, at Penacook Place Nursing Home, Haverhill, surrounded by her family.

Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Bertha (Fuller) Terroux. Raised and educated in Haverhill, she was a graduate of Haverhill High School, class of 1950. Phaneuf was employed at Western Electric as a tester. Her family was always the center of her life. She enjoyed family trips to Disney World and traveled to the Bahamas and the Caribbean. She loved the beach and spent many summers at the local beaches with her family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Kevin A. Phaneuf and his companion Noreen Bailey of Bradford; and Robin A. Cavallaro and her partner Richard R. Rizzotti of Haverhill; eight grandchildren, Joseph M. Cavallaro and his wife Kimberly of Bowie, serving in the United States Air Force; Jeffrey R. Cavallaro of Turkey, also serving in the United States Air Force; Kaitlyn J. McHenry; Kristin Castro and her husband Jonathan of Fayetteville, N.C., serving in the United States Army; Jeanne Phaneuf, Sasha Phaneuf, Kelsa Phaneuf and Kyle Phaneuf; and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Kenneth Terroux.

Graveside services take place Wednesday, Aug. 24, 1 p.m., at Linwood Cemetery, 41 John Ward Ave., Haverhill. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.
