A Haverhill man was arrested by Haverhill police early Sunday on drunken and drugged driving charges.
Garett Hammond, 23, of 54 Old Yankee Road, Haverhill, was arrested at 12:52 a.m., Sunday, at 100 Washington St. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence of liquor and alcohol from an open container.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

Wilson Reyes, 49, of Methuen, was arrested at 5:13 p.m., Saturday, at 15 Abbott St. He was charged with indecent assault and battery.
Amy St. Hilaire, 42, of 1 Hendrick St., Haverhill, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting at 3:27 a.m., Sunday, at CVS Pharmacy, 425 Lowell Ave.
Erika Benner, 44, of 6 West Meadow Road, Haverhill, was arrested at 1:43 a.m., Friday, at home. She was charged with assault and battery on person over 60 or disabled, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and destruction of property.
