Denise H. Brown, 52, Worked for U.S. Postal Service

denise_brownDenise H. Brown, 52, of Haverhill, passed away July 22, at Anna Jaques Hospital, Newburyport, surrounded by her family.

Born in Malden, Brown was the daughter of the late Alfred R. Brown and Ruth E. Putnam (Brown.) She was educated in Malden, moved to Tuscon, Ariz., for five years, graduating high school there. She was employed as an electronic technician for Hadco Corporation, Derry, N.H., and most recently at the U.S. Post Office in Manchester, N.H. She was an animal lover, who loved her family’s cats and dogs and had a special fondness for horses. Brown was her late mother’s constant companion and caregiver. She loved her sisters and called them daily. Her most cherished moments were spending time at family gatherings. She enjoyed spending time at the beach and following sports. She was a Red Sox and Patriots fan, and was also interested in golf and bowling. She also enjoyed good music and iced coffee.

Surviving her are her siblings, Louise Berry and her husband Dale of Haverhill, Dawn Wyman and her partner Cheryl Major of Manchester, N.H., Tammy Buehler and her husband Phil of Benson, Ariz., Glenda Brown and Joseph Todesca of Lebanon, Maine, and Debra Brown and Kenneth Klobucar of Newburypor; nieces and nephews, Samantha Berry, Christopher Long, Justin Long, Matthew Wyman, Autumn and Joseph Todesca and Bryanna Jones; and great nieces and nephews, Tyler, Malachi, Joseph and Jacqueline.

A memorial service takes place Thursday, July 28, 11 a.m., at New Life Christian Assembly of God, 966 Main St., Haverhill. Arrangements are by Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to MSPCA, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
