A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on impaired driving charges after his arrest Wednesday night by Haverhill police. Sean Rogers, 36, of 13 Sotirios Court, Haverhill, was arrested at 9:49 p.m., Wednesday, at 185 Kenoza Ave. He was charged with driving under the inf
