Easter Seals and the Cooperative Alliance for Transportation (CART) are now offering rides for Plaistow, N.H., residents.
CART, established by the New Hampshire legislature, is a shared-ride, curb-to-curb service designed as a first step towards building a public transportation system for the Greater Derry-Salem, N.H., region.
