Four Haverhill Men Face Burglary and Theft Charges

Four Haverhill men face burglary charges in Haverhill District Court following their arrests Wednesday by Haverhill police.

Nicholas Avery, 21, Luis Lozada, 21, and Patrick Ross, 29, each of 330 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill, and Christopher Bolduc, 30, of 128 Franklin St., Haverhill, were arrested Wednesday at 326 Kenoza Ave. Each was charged with breaking and entering and larceny over $250. Bolduc was additionally charged with possession of burglarious tools.

In other police news:

Two Haverhill men, arrested Wednesday at an Eighth Avenue residence, are each due in court to face a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. John West, 25, of 8 Eighth Ave., Haverhill and Preston Morales, 26, of 7 Arlington St., Haverhill, were arrested Wednesday at 8 Eighth Ave.

A Haverhill teenager, arrested by police Wednesday on several outstanding warrants, is due to appear at juvenile court in Lawrence. The 14-year old male was taken into custody by Haverhill police on warrants charging him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious damage over $250, witness intimidation and disturbing a school assembly. His identity is being withheld due to his age.

Russell Frederickson, 31, of Exeter, was taken into custody at 30 Cushing Ave., on a warrant related to charges of larceny from a person, distribution of a class A drug and possession of a class E drug.
