A seniors’ Country Barbecue lunch takes place Friday, featuring entertainer Bob “Bobby G” Gauvreau.
Gauvreau, a song stylist and entertainer, has performed throughout the United States, including recent summer performances at Hampton Beach Seashell and Fireside Restaurant, Methuen.
The barbecue takes place Friday, July 15, beginning at 11:30 a.m., at Northern Essex Community College’s Technology Center, 100 Elliott St. Haverhill. The lunch is hosted by Life Long Journey Haverhill and features chicken breast with wing, baked beans, homemade corn bread, homemade strawberry shortcake and hot and cold beverages from Chicken Connection.
