Haverhill Woman Faces Intimidation, Vandalism Charges

A Haverhill woman, arrested early Saturday by Haverhill police on vandalism charges, among others, is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

Laura Torres, 22, of 129 South Elm St., Haverhill, was arrested at 2:51 a.m., Saturday, at 240 Essex St. She was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle, vandalism of a state building, witness intimidation and disorderly conduct.

In other police news:

A Haverhill man is due in district court to face drunk driving charges stemming from his arrest Friday night.

John McCall, 34, of 18 Braewood Drive, Bradford section, was arrested at 9:09 p.m., Friday, on Kenoza Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, failure to yield at an intersection and alcohol from an open container.

A Haverhill man, arrested early Saturday on outstanding warrants for shoplifting and various motor vehicle charges, is due to appear in court. Timothy McMahon, 25, of 408 Main St., Haverhill, was arrested at 5:34 a.m., Saturday, at 323 Main St. Under the warrants, he was charged with two counts of shoplifting, two counts of driving with a suspended license and one count of speeding.

A Haverhill man faces a drug possession charge in court after being arrested by Haverhill police early Saturday. Sean Lheureux, 34, of 213 River St., rear, was arrested at 4:02 a.m., Saturday, at home on a charge of possession of a class B drug.

A Salem, N.H. woman, arrested in Haverhill early Sunday on a fugitive from justice charge, is due to appear in court.

Theresa Collupy, 36, of Salem, was arrested at 1:26 a.m., Sunday, at 20 Baltimore St.
