A Haverhill man, arrested by Haverhill police Thursday evening on a warrant charging him with violation of a harassment protection order, is due to appear in Haverhill District Court.
Jeremy Devito, 31, of 475 Washington St., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 5:51 p.m., Thursday, on Bellevue Avenue.
